Have You Seen Anvil?

It sounds like the color “Anvil” has been used on Jeeps but I’m wondering if anyone has seen the color on an HD Ram?

Is it a flat paint?

The pics of the 75th Anniversary Edition vary like crazy.

I’m about to order and right now planning Max Steel but some pics of the Anvil color look very good. Others look weak/dull and kinda baby blue-ish.

Same as the Anvil on the TRX Launch Edition. Doesn't appear flat to me in any photos.

FCA tends to use the same paint names/shades on several brands so if you've seen it on a jeep I would suspect it's the same.

I briefly considered it, but felt it was a bit too blue. I went with Olive Green instead.

It's definitely more blue than grey. I'm a fan but I like blue and don't really like grey. It's basically the blue/grey version of Destroyer Grey if you've seen that color.

Granite bc I love it. Lol Did those horizontal lights come with the truck or did you purchase them from a 3rd party? I’d like to see about those.

Some of the 5th gen guys got their anvil trucks. I believe my local dealer has one...but I have not pulled in to check it out yet.

I found the color on a Jeep locally. It looks very cool in person but huge diffs in various photos.

I dont have any good pictures on my phone but this is my 2nd gen 12 valve i painted Anvil just about 3 years ago now, she gets compliments when I clean her up...wasn't a popular color then. Once my 2021 3500 comes in i was considering re painting it a different color if I keep the truck, I just see alot of vehicles in this color now.

Great looking truck. Wish my 2nd Gen wasnt so rusted. My son and I have alot of work to get it back to New.

Anvil is a cool color. It just seems everyone is hitting up the gray right now.

thank you! i been looking everywhere for a second gen in this color and chrome wheels. i am ready to paint and wanted this color, now i see and i like it alot! awesome......

I like the color so much I painted my 46’ that color. Looks more blue in the bright sun light and more gray when it’s cloudy.

It's not "flat", it's just non-metallic. Very cool color.

Jeep had a darker one called Rhino that was amazing, but not a popular seller... so very rare. 2010/11 maybe. It might have been too close to very very dark grey.
