Has anyone had any luck trading in stock wheels at the dealership for upgraded wheels at delivery? I have a 2021 Laramie on order with the 20” aluminum wheels and I’m really liking the 20” Long Horn wheels. Thanks!

Not wheels but many of us have got our dealers to work out a trade in price on the stock tires for upgraded tires.

I have traded in stock wheels on occasion. Some tire shops will give you a few dollars for them to mount snow tires on for people. You can also just sell them on Craigslist or fb market place.

1000 miles on my stock black 20"s and trans crap ATs I have an offer for $600 from a used wheel/tire dealer. "Tires are worth nothing" he said.

called discount tires to get a quote and asked if they would give me trade in value for my stock tires with 5k on them. said they might be able to do $25-$50 per tire depending on condition. better than nothing and easier than trying to sell on fb or cl since the market is flooded with ram stockers around here.
