Hi All, I installed my grill cover yesterday for winter and it was a pain! the passenger side tabs fit between the headlight and grill no problem, a nice amount of pressure to hold stung but i didn't have to force it. On the driver's side, the gap is considerably tighter and i had to loosen the headlight to even force it in with way more pressure than seemed necessary. I could only find a couple bolts and the bottom of the light was still tight. Any tips for re-positioning the light to get the tab in better? Or should i just stop at the dealer and get them to fix it. Thanks. 2020 Bighorn Night Edition

Mine was tight both sides i just use a small prybar with electrical tape at the end just a small amount of pressure allows it to flex enough to shove the cover in

I'm not willing to pry on the headlight or grill of my brand new vehicle that cost almost as much as my first house. The gap on the driver's side was almost non existent. The headlight needs to be adjusted, I just can't figure out how

Your lucky to have a gap on one side every truck i have seen has no gap.... i highly doubt there is enough adjustment in the headlight or grill to move it over

Based on my truck, I would say there is. the headlight on the PS appears to be in the correct position and the DS appears to have enough room on the outside to move it over. Just can't figure out how

Good idea. I looked up adjusting headlights and only found how to adjust the bulbs. Ill try that wording

try this great swap info
Great video! looks like I could probably get away with about half the work in order to just get the lights loose since I don't need to take them out completely. thank you so much for the direction! Now to see if it fits in the garage
