Grid heater failure - 2500 6.7

The Glacier Diesel kit is a better option all around if you still want a decent grid heater (or not) without using a stupid intake horn glow plug in the banks that's mostly ineffective anyway. The GDP is a repalcement plenum that flows better and can use either the OE intake horn or aftermarket and offers the option of a single or dual grid heater that's outside the plenum.

Still a little pricey for the issue trying to be solved.

Well I brought her home tonight. My first Cummins. According to the door placard it was built on a Friday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.! I'm cursed! Guess I'll disconnect the grid heater tomorrow. It's got 46,500 miles on it.

Unfortunately that seems to be the trend with most any newer vehicle.

Spend more money than is reasonable, to fix a problem that never should have left the testing phase of the vehicle being developed.
