That combination looks great. I've been running 37s on my hemi with 3.73s for over 2 years with no issues. Truck handles them really well.

How many miles on the truck? I’ve put about 48k on in 2 years and a month. Only been on 35”s though looking to finally put on 37” I just drive a lot. No towing
 
I've just hit 34,000 miles on the truck. I do tow quite a bit. Not usually much more than 10k though. The truck does really well handling my needs.
 
I have roughly 20,000 mi on them and holding up great, plowed this winter, 2cd, with no problems, rotate every 5,000mi, set pressure at 45 psi front and 30psi rear, starting to make some minor noise on smooth flat roads
