Well, it was fun for the time it lasted...

But, I'm now officially a collateral victim of the COVID-19 pandemic. In almost a single week, my business lost about half of its customers for probably the next 6-12 months. That will hurt the bottom line like hell.

So, I have to postpone the purchase of my dream truck. After waiting for so long for my factory build (and I know it is just a matter of days before it gets to the dealer), I have to tell them that I won't buy it. This is really painful.

Anyway, that is life. There are worse things.

I'll probably take a peek here and there on this forum, but I will no longer be a regular like I used to be.

Stay safe everyone.

Well maybe you can get the 2022 true 5th Gen, due to come out. I saw a Ram in the camouflage covering here in Vegas, probably going through the Heat trials. Sorry to here of your loss.
When the Chrysler Proving Grounds was right down the road I got to see tons of Chrysler test vehicles, but now that they moved to Yucca, I see mostly Fords and Toyotas.

@MikeXM - Mike...you don't have to have a Ram to hangout with this group. Besides, we like having you around! Don't be a stranger!
Thanks!
Hey, I still have my old MegaCab. So, yeah, I'm still part of the cool gang!
But the upcoming new truck was what made me join here and chat with you guys.
I'll be back active sometime in the future. This is just a temporary setback.

I feel for you brother. I've been making airplane brakes for the better part of 15yrs. Only seen two slow downs in all that time. I just came off a 3wk furlough due to reduced air traffic. When we got back they told us to hold off on producing. Both firsts for me.. I'm happy I still have a job. But if planes aren't flying, they aren't landing and that's not good for business. I keep hoping that this is just a ripple in the pond. But I'm anticipating
a tsunami to come. I love my newish truck but if SHTF the RAM will probably be the first to fall. Good luck to you!
