Gear limit switch

I have the 5th gen 2500 and I can’t figure out how to get my gear limit switch to work.. hasn’t worked the whole time I’ve had it. Is there a fuse or do I have to replace the whole switch. I haul heavy so I sort of need the control

Do you put it in drive, and as you build speed toggle the - button? If so no response?

Yeah I have .. I’ve used them in other rams but this one doesn’t have any response.?

4th or 4.5 Gen, no 5th gen Ram HD yet.

Sounds like either a bad switch or clock spring. Are you still under warranty?

No I’m sure not… they booted me for replacing my flex plate . Aftermarket heavy duty
