What kind of psycho puts gravy on the turkey before it’s sliced up and on their plate?

As a person with several vegetarians and vegans in my family, tofurkey *is* weird. I mean, it tastes ok, but it’s definitely not turkey, or an acceptable substitute (acceptable substitutes include bacon wrapped around a turkey, or a turkey wrapped in bacon).
