I'm looking at moving when I retire next year. Trying to get 100 acres.
People ask me why. That's a lot of land to take care of.
I just tell them no it's not. I'm only clearing 1 acre around the house, the rest wil be naturally.
Also say I want to be able to walk out my back porch in the morning, butt naked, coke in one hand, pistol in the other, pee off my back porch while drinking my coke and shooting my pistol and not have to worry about anyone seeing me or complaining.

I don't drink coffee, just coke.

I do that often. When my wife says anything I tell her I am conserving water- dont have to flush the toilet.

When we had our cabin up in Colorado (only 4 acres, but at 9000 feet) we left everything but about 30 yards around the house natural. It was glorious, but man the snow at that altitude…
