Front right wheel hub started making noise. Does anyone know if this is covered by the powertrain warranty? I kinda think not.
First real issue with the truck. 45k miles and about 35" tires. seems like low mileage failure.

Been a few years but Toyota covered mine outside of bumper to bumper warranty but within powertrain warranty. My truck was lowered with aftermarket wheels. Hopefully ram takes care of you.

Usually that would fall under the 3/36 warranty.

When I had my truck aligned after the leveling kit install, the alignment shop told me the front drivers side hub had some play in it. I took it to the dealer and they said it was within "acceptable" limits according to Ram. I think I'm going to push them to fix it now.

You could replace it at home quicker than it would take to drive to the dealer. Piece of cake job and it’s not an expensive part
I just had the tailgate recall pop up on my screen the other day, so I'm taking it there anyway. If they won't do anything with the hub, I'll end up doing it myself.

$501 from the local dealer. Not available from Napa. About $300 online but can't get it till next week. Boo.
Went ahead and just ordered next day shipping. Driving 400 miles Friday and don't wanna mess around and have the wheel fly off.
