Front Differential Growling

@rearwheelmaniac Nothing worthwhile. Some specialist was involved and couldn’t figure it out. The dealership is fighting to get another engineering specialist out to take a look. I know the head of the service department, actually knew him before he worked at this dealership, our girls have been friends/classmates for years…….

My dealership is doing all they can aside from just eating a lot of expense for work that warranty won’t cover.

I was doing research, on this topic here. Noobe as well my 2024, is currently getting a front diff rebuild right now. 22k on it. So weird and glad to see it's not random. I know this thread is old but just wanted to update

I've been trouble free on the growling noise since the swap, however my truck is going back in tomorrow - the front axle is completely loose. FML.

thanks @rearwheelmaniac, my front end almost sounded like mud tires on the front. When you say loose, like what parts?
