My digital rear view mirror works fine; except when towing. With the trailer connected, the rear view mirror looks foggy. Completely useless. Weird. Anyone else had this issue?

I will check this out later today. I picked up my truck yesterday and the camera is still in box. I will hook up and look at screen today.

The camera I am referring to is in the third brake light.

Played with it again today. I suspect it may be related to the light reflecting off the front of the trailer nose into the camera. I have full paint and it is pretty shiny. Gonna play with it some more to confirm.
