Just got my truck this past weekend. I ordered it to come with the factory Mopar rubber mats, which it did, but my question is was it also supposed to come with the standard carpeted mats? I would assume yes as I paid extra for the rubber ones and could have bought them separately after the truck arrived for the same price and had both rubber and carpeted.

I would guess the Big Horn came with mats... your dealer pulled them and added the aftermarket MOPAR mats.
If you want them back, I would ask for them.

Pretty sure it would not come with MOPAR mats from the factory (I don't see it as an option), which means they switched them out.
I kept both sets of mats for my wife's Fozzy when we picked it up...

Ran into the same issue with my Laramie. When questioned the dealer supplied me with the "equipment list" which listed the rubber mats, no carpet mats. Contacted Ram and they confirmed the same. No carpeted mats supplied when the rubber mats are ordered. ( or any mats for that matter). My 2007 came with carpet mats but evidently the newer models do not. Was also kind of cheesed out that they don't supply a copy of the diesel supplement in print when you spend $9,000.00 for the Cummins upgrade. Would be nice since all the maintenance schedules for the diesel are in that manual but you have to go online to review those schedules or order printed copy for additional $...

Well not getting both mats is kinda ****ty...

All the Owner's Manuals are online... all they have now are 'User Guides' in the truck.

If you contact Ram, you can order a printed copy of everything one time only for free..I've done it with my last 3 trucks

Well, I emailed my dealer yesterday, we will see what they come back with.

It is ***ty because you pay extra for the rubber ones on the order, when you could also order them as an accessory after the truck order for the same price and then be guaranteed to have both. Likelihood of me ever using the carpeted ones is pretty slim, but its the principle of it. We'll see what the dealer comes back with. If they say no dice to the carpeted ones, maybe I can atleast get them to give me a shirt or hat or something.

I don't ever use the paper manuals anymore, anyway. I download all the manuals from ramtrucks.com. They come as PDFs, so you can save them and read them on almost any device. You don't need to be online all thetime to read them. I keep a copy of the current manuals for our vehicles on my phone, my desktop, and my tablet. I prefer the technology because you can spend a while flipping through the paper manuals to find one thing you need. Or you can run a word search on the PDF versions and get there within seconds.

All your manual downloads are available here. You just have to select your vehicle, then follow the links for the owner's manual. When you get to the manual, you will also find all the other docs. User Guide, Diesel Supplement, UConnect manuals, and warranty stuff.

Well, my dealer said it is one or the other, ****ty because you pay extra for the rubber you can buy after for the same price. On the plus side, they are going to hook me up with a hat or shirt for the trouble.

Has anyone bought the Weathertech mats that were recently released?
I got the Husky Weatherbeater mats and I don't like the way they fit at my door sill. My truck has the metal sill cover and it covers it up too much and I think it will end up scratching the hell out of it. Other than that they fit fine.
I'll try to get a picture later today and if anyone wants to buy them at a reasonably discounted price, send me a PM.

Here are a couple pics of the oem rubber mats. The pic of the rear mat isnt very good as i have the flat floor panels folded out for the dog and car seats installed for my kids

Weathertech are a somewhat rigid plastic. If your concerned the Husky matts scratching I would think the Weathertech may be worse. I just returned mine today. I was going to go with the Husky Weatherbeaters, may go OEM now based on the pictures on this forum. Hope this helps.

What made you return the weathertec mats? Or did I misread your comment? Wondering if the weathertec covers the door sill and that was a concern?. I see the oem mats do not go under and above the pedals, I am thinking mud and moisture can still get to the carpet higher up. I like the OEM mats and price, but the limited reach under the pedals is concerning based on the pics above.

I was only able to get Husky Weather Beaters for my wife's Fozzie.. they are ok, but I really like the Husky
X-act fit mats for the 1500.
I'd like for the mat to go higher up the firewall as well, but I can't say I'm a fan of the more plastic-y Weather Beater.

I thought the Weathertech liners would scratch up the sill cover and the plastic kick plate (if that is what you call the plastic trim where the sill trim meets at front). They are very nice liners and would be nice to hear from someone that actually has them. The OEM ones, I noticed the same as you stated and do not cover the floor under the pedals. I’m not sure what to put in now lol.

Does anyone have the Mopar rubber ones in a cab with the front row bench seat? Do they cover the hump in the middle like they do in the back row?
