My first truck was a Dodge D50. They were only made for 2 years. I forget if it was a 1979 or 1980. Then in 1981 they rebranded the D50 to Ram 50. The first Ram truck. My current truck is a 2006 Dodge Ram Thunderroad I bought new. It currently has 332,000 miles and is my daily driver. The truck still runs great, and I hate to get rid of it. I am hoping I have another 20 years in me. I don't know if my current Ram will make it another 20 years. I see last week they released the Black Express for 2026. It looks almost identical to my current truck.
Friday I placed my order with Anthony from Mark Dodge for a Black Express. Now it is just a waiting game for them to build it.
Ps I don't understand why anybody would buy anywhere else. You go to Ram.com, spec out a truck like you want, send an email to @AnthonyRI , then he send you back a quote at a huge discount. Then all you need is a 15 minute phone call and it is done. My local dealer said they could not even order the truck at full price. They wanted to take my number to call me when they got allocation to order one.
