Factory Quad LED Headlight?

My Rebel has the factory quad LED headlights. The lower 2 are the low and high beam, then there is the LED strip at the very top that is white and then changes to amber for the blinker/4ways. What are the top 2 LED’s for? I can seem to figure out how to get them to turn on.

I don’t have the quad headlights but DRL’s maybe? Should be a setting to turn those on/off on your radio in vehicle settings.

Thank you for putting me on that track. You are correct, it seems they would only come on with the DRL’s. I found the following video on YT. The information starts at 11:14.
