Factory bedliner question

Anyone with the factory bedliner and 5th wheel prep have a weird lump in their bedliner just behind the rear 5th wheel pocket on the driver side? It almost looks like there was a washer or something laying in the bed that they sprayed over...

it is in all trucks. it is just a plastic plug. look front underneath and you will see it.
