Extreme cold battery tender recommendation

Whilst relocating from Georgia up to frigid Saskatchewan my Hemi 2500 bit the dust and I picked up a 3500 6.7 which I really like but it does not like the cold! I get all sorts of warnings about headlights needing service and trailer connection errors but aside from that even block heatered up the battery is needing some TLC. (It’s died once already). I want to permanently install a battery tender type unit but looking at some of the choices they’re not even rated to -20 Celsius which seems kind of worthless for my use case. I’m looking for suggestions for tenders that are good for 40 below if anyone’s got tips
 
The noco genius’ are rated to -20C I’ve used them below that but can’t testify to how efficient they remain below that temp.
