Do any of you with Cummins 6.7 gen 4.5 HD rams have exhaust tips installed? If so, what brand did you go with and are you happy with it? If you can post pictures it would be great to see them.

I bought this off Amazon. I figured I would give it a shot, and might just order a couple more for the future if it doesn’t hold up well. I cut the factory tip shorter and also painted a few feet of it with high temp black paint so from the back or looking in the wheel well it looks better. Sorry this is the only pic I have right now, and I am out of town for another week for work. I’ll get a side view shot when I get home...

Thanks. I just ordered a Flowmaster for $36. I’ll see how it fits.

Mine went on fine. I did wipe down the inside of the tip and liberally apply WD-40 to the tailpipe before wiping it down prior to install.

tried it again in the morning and it slid right on. Lesson learned, let it cool down overnight before installing.

@hpc3 They’re 295/65 r20s. The great thing is that they are rated to 4,080# with an E rating.

Thanks for that. You don't have a side profile pic you can post/send do you? I saw that was a " 35" " tall but without the width of the "traditional" 35" spec tires. My last '08 chewed up the wider K02s but I didn't worry as much since it was more of a play truck vs something I needed to depend on. This one will do heavy gooseneck/horse travel so need to focus on towing/safety things first... and hopefully a better looking K02 =)

Although I have to admit these goofy looking Firestones aren't bad drivers so far (~2800mi).

Forgive me for having a filthy truck. I do get minor tire rub at a full left turn, nothing with right turns. Remember this only puts your truck about 3/4 of an inch higher than stock.
