I’m trying to figure out how to keep my exhaust brake on throughout the day?
i’m running in between 6 to 10 jobs a day with my trailer I sure hope I don’t have to turn on the exhaust break every time I get in my truck?

With a trailer connected it should come on when you start the truck. My 2015 does this.

Mine stays on with the trailer connected. It will not stay on without a trailer plugged in unless you build a dummy load and then the trailer blind spot kicks in if you have it (annoying).

That said, it's set for heavy electric so there may be something there.

Ha that makes sense my trailer wiring is sketchy right now. Thanks for the quick replies guys.
