Typically SOTF t cases don’t recommend shifting above 55mph but the manual does not say it for these trucks.Rookie HD guy, just bought a 2024 RAM 2500 with electronic Shift-on-the-fly transfer case. Can anyone tell me what the speed at which you can change from 2wd to 4wd-High?
OK that's great to know, thanks.Typically SOTF t cases don’t recommend shifting above 55mph but the manual does not say it for these trucks.
Got ya. Personally I wouldn't wither, but the salesman told me I had to be in neutral...not what IO thought SOFT was.Personally, I wouldn’t yoink it into 4 wheel at highway speed.

4lo you wanna be in neutral to shift, a slight roll helps with a manual case for a super smooth shift. I’m not sure about electronic case but probably the sameGot ya. Personally I wouldn't wither, but the salesman told me I had to be in neutral...not what IO thought SOFT was.

I was able to contact RAM, https://www.mopar.com/ramtrucks/en-us.html, and they sent me the "full" Owner's Manual. It is also available if you have the RAM app on your phone. Hope this helps.Kirk,
Thanks you for the prompt response, can you tell me where you got the owners manual, all I got was an "owners manual" that's about 70 pages and give minimal to no info on most features: does tell me how to set up my garage door openerI went hunting on the Ram web site with not a lot of success.
