I was driving my PW today it started doing funny stuff. The transmission would not go above 5 the gear. At first I thought it had somehow been shifted into low range. The axle unlock button was blinking and would not stop flashing. I cycled the transfer case lever several times and all seemed to be fine. Finally I unhooked the negative on the battery for a few minutes and then everything worked fine for 500 mile drive home. The manual gear selector had no effect on fixing this until the battery was unhooked.

Trans in limp mode for no reason? There's a TSB out for that on the 23 8 speed, IDK if it covers 22. It's just a software flash. Fixed mine.

The blinking locker light is a different issue. Odd that they happened at the same time. I'm not even sure they are on the same bus.

I have never had fo back to the dealer for anything. I know there is a brake reflash recall and tailgate adjustment recall. O might have to take it back to the dealer just for the recall updates. I am not worried about. I had to do the battery disconnect several times on my Challenger Hellcar mostly for audio resets.
