After my dealer did my Y36 recall, they told me mine now need to be 140 ft/lb. Go figure ?

Either you misunderstood or they are reading the TSB wrong.

The label stating 129 was supposed to cover the label stating 140.

Thanks for letting me know, I pulled up my repair papers from back then and he hand wrote 140 on it so I wouldn't forget.

I've had tires replaced recently and I had them torqued to 140. I guess I'm going back to see dealer with my old paperwork in hand and have them check the studs again.
