Dually Rear Wheel Liner / Shield

Ahh I see. I was thinking about the stuff that's getting thrown behind the liner to the front and rear through that gap.
It was more of a cosmetic thing for me to cover the color of the bed in that area.

I started out by laying down a coat of Rustoleum gloss black. Let dry for 24 hrs, then hit it with 2 coats of Rustoleum Bedliner. That way if crud builds up in there, at least it's not sitting on primered metal. Then I hopped on mcmaster and ordered 2 2'x2'x¹/⁸" sheets of HDPE for about $50. Took a bunch of measurements, used a heat gun and a 2x4 to form it. Ended up using 4 push-locks, 4 bolts, and 2 zip ties to secure it. Put nutserts in the top edge of the OEM liner to give me a place to bolt to. Ended up trimming off the bottom edge because it started warping after the heat from the heat gun cooled off, and it was too close to the tire for my comfort. Still need to fully squat the bed to make sure I'm good on clearance, but I'm super happy with the results so far. I got it to fit so tight I could run a bead of caulking if I really wanted to, but I'd rather leave it easy to remove and wash out once a year. This stuff is marketed as highly impact resistant and great for wet environments. I sent Husky an email asking them to pick up the slack here since they make liners for everything else.
