Downshift constantly on hills

Hey all,
First post here....I have a 2017 Power Wagon and I am constantly experiencing downshifting on the slightest inclines at hwy speeds. No check engine light or codes just it seems like it struggles to maintain speeds of 60mph+. Normal or?

What size tires? If they are oversize did you calibrate the speedo?

Iam running 35s and yes I did recalibrate the speedometer with alphaobd.
