Does @RamCares really care?

So with all the issues with the 12” uConnect head unit I’m wondering if @RamCares really does care? I don’t think they do. The system obviously has bugs, many bugs as you can see just spending a few minutes on this forum. I’m sure there are issues with the same system outside of this forum. Don’t see much assistance or solutions and you can’t even expect customers to leave vehicles at dealerships that have no clue how to resolve other than throwing parts at the problem. So, I do not think @RamCares.

Truck is solid, uConnect sucks. BUT at least its not a tesla…could be worse.

I have had several Rams with Uconnect..including a 2022 and zero issues. What is it doing?

You guys have to remember, Ram cares is just an intermediary. They have no control/input when it comes to how ram handles warranty support. But I understand the frustration.

I don't think the forums are their primary focus. I think its a general username that is staffed by various individuals that login when they remember or are bored and having a slow work day. This is not a fulltime thing. I woud not depend on a public forum to resolve the issues you are having. You need to be at the dealership setting appointments over and over when its not fixed until they get tired of your face and open a STAR case.

I would not set your expectations to high that your message will be immediately seen by them.

I see similar user names on various forums, Ford Bronco forums, Jeep Forums, etc...
