Does anyone have experience with tonneaucovered.com?

I was just trying to see which one is better choice for someone who didn't make a purchase yet. I am still undecided if I want to buy a hard cover or stick to current Mopar soft cover.
 
If you have the Rambox , the MX4 is a little more expensive for some reason.
 
Bakflip MX4 ordered from tonneaucovered.com. 3-4 weeks to make and deliver.

I tried haggling with the other websites but no one would go lower than $889. tonneaucovered.com went down to $859.

I wonder why that is? It’s actually less material, huh? Maybe someone that has it can pipe in. I’m gonna be making the switch in a month or 2.

You'd think it would be less money...not sure why that is.
 
I paid $800+tax for an MX4 through RealTruck. Shipped same day. Had to call and mention this forum for pricing.

This was from RealTruck on 12/28. They couldn't even do $900 nevermind $800. $917+ tax.

so, this company, TonneauCovered.com is basically ran out of a garage, they don't collect taxes, as they are such a small company, maybe 2 or 3 employees, so if you had any issues and need to return their product for any reason, it may be very difficult. I ordered the MX4 from tonneaucovered.com on 12/31. They told me it was going to be made and shipped from the factory and would take three weeks. According to FedEx it will be at my door to tomorrow (15 days).
I also pick up my new truck tomorrow. Guess my Saturday will be all laid out for me.
I'm supper excited. This will be my first brand new vehicle since 1990 and my very first Ram.
