Do the 6.7's all come with block heaters preinstalled?

Man.... all you guys talking about sub-zero temps like its nothing. The COLDEST temp I've ever experienced in my life was 9 degrees, for about 5 minutes at a gas station near Donner Summit during a snow storm. I'm a spoiled California native.... cold here in the dead of winter is like 35. LOL

But I also have to put up with Newscum and millions of clowns that continue to vote for these schmucks. Maybe I should buy a warmer jacket and come join you fellas.

Stay out of the SnowBelt in the lower 48 and you won't usually require an engine block heater. Truckee is within the SnowBelt.

More aggressive and larger Canadian Gray Wolves were recently released this month over here in Western Colorado courtesy of the Front Range voters over on the otherside (Denver) of the Rockies. Wear a heavier and thicker jacket.

Just plugged in our 2024 6.7L block heater at -18F at 8:30 AM. The "super flexible" Electryx 14 gauge 25 foot electrical extension cord that I purchased is about as flexible as a stiff radiator hose.
Reminds me of the Hose I bought a few years ago branded with the name "Never Kink". It was/is the most easily kinked hose I have ever owned!

Sort of like snow here in the lower elevations of Southern Oregon. We had about 7 inches earlier in the week and the whole area has been almost shut down since! Except for schools, and such, and the few odd places still staying closed, things seemed to open up finally today. Now this afternoon it is snowing again with the possibility of a few more inches which will close things down through the weekend I guess. Frustrating for someone who grew up in northern New England but it is out of the norm for the west coast so I just have to be patient. But really. A little snow and city and county parks close, hiking trails close, community centers close? I went out on a hike anyway, just had to park outside the closed off trail access area and walk in. It was beautiful out there. A little elevation and my dog and I found about a foot of snow and then the sun came out. For the two of us, it was paradise, not the apocalypse! People here do drive up to the mountains in the winter to play in the snow so I am surprised that a little snow at the lower elevations can cause such terror. The only real issue I see is that some of the trees are not used to the weight of the snow so there are a few down here and there. But except for the couple that landed on roofs, nothing an hour with a chainsaw can't fix.

To be fair, the voters that did this sh*t were primarily Denver/Boulder and a few other leftist enclave counties - including some on the western slope like Vail, etc.. Not much outside those areas voted for that or any other processive BS so while it's convenient to say east of the rockies did it, it's not entirely factual.

This is true. I was quite aware of their votes. No surprise. $1K plus a day skiing in cold temperatures needs to have some wolves out on the slopes. Just look over my shoulder while plugging in my engine block heater.

lol, while I’m not a fan of how wolves were reintroduced into CO, or ID for that matter, wolves on the slopes or looking over your shoulder, especially in alpine winter, just isn’t a thing.

Deer Valley has great skiing, my best powder day ever was there in 2016. Rivaled only by Mt. Bachelor in the late 90’s, but the ski technology wasn’t nearly as good.

Look at an election map of California. 80% of the land area is covered in red, but the thin line down the coast and a blob in southern CA is blue. Kills me that California has more conservative MAGA Republicans than any other state in the USA, and still we're outnumbered by morons. Arguably the most beautiful and diverse landscape in the country, and unquestionably the best weather, but we pay for it with our cost of living, taxes, regulations, loss of freedoms and liberties, crime, filth, homelessness, illegals, and the absolute WORST state leadership in the nation. However, there are signs the tide might be turning..... and once the voter corruption gets cleaned up, things may change.
