Diesel additive

I'm one of the cold weather guys. I don't use any additives. I've never needed them on any diesel trucks I've owned.

4 oz optilube xpd every half tank fill up.. it has some of the highest lubrication additives on the market. Use it in all my diesel vehicles.

I use PS Deisel Kleen every fill up.
For convenience I picked up a few of these just to have the single use container that fits in the fuel spout. I refill them with Deisel Kleen once im back home.

Also should of asked in orginal question what about in winter for northern guys? New to diesel and really appreciate all the info you guys have given to me just by reading previous topics! Thanks in advance.

For winter, I recommend viewing this review. It did set my mind on what product to use: HSS.

As stated above I use the Stanadyne Performance Formula, its all season and I like that the 8 oz bottle is good for one tank. No measuring or having to use/keep different formulas from summer to winter. Again can't say it's any better than anything else out there on the market.
