Exactly....I had contacted customer care. I believe I had also entered the VIN on one of the customer care sites and asked for shipping etc. updates.

Great, thanks. I just got my VIN yesterday so I will hit up RAM tomorrow and see whats what.

Slider57...would love to see a picture of your interior when you get a chance. Brown interiors are far and few between and I really like the ones I've seen so far.
 
Gorgeous! Thanks much for sharing. I've ordered my 3500 with the brown interior also, and I'm excited to get it. One of the other forum members recently helped me (in another thread) get the PN for brown Mopar all weather mats. I've had black interiors for too many years and ready for a nice change.

Just got my window sticker today.
Getting closer. Hoping for a ~15 Feb delivery.

What did you order, if you don't mind posting? There seems to be a delivery time difference between 2500's and 3500's. My 3500 CC Big Horn was ordered on 11/7. It's somewhere in the shipping process too.
 
Not much to add except Google puts me at 15 weeks 1 day since ordering on 10/3.
3500 cc srw ho tradesman, olive green. Built 12/16, its supposed to be at a rail yard in GA awaiting transport here to NC.
 
Update: Ordered 3500 CC Big Horn SO Diesel on 11/7/2020. Truck was built on 12/22.

Received first dealer ETA from RAM Chat today: 3/30/2021-4/14/2021.

That would be 20.5 - 22.5 weeks from order date, if that remains accurate.

I ordered about the same truck over three months ago . No sign of truck yet
 
And oddly enough...I ordered on 12/5...it was built around 1/15 and today Ram chat told me it should arrive at the dealer 2/3 - 2/17... just doesn't seem to make any sense...

Build sheet should be available the day truck is built. Window sticker a couple of days after.
