Delivery Time Estimates

It might be because it's not really a GM strike. It is UAW strike, the union just chose GM to negotiate with. GM is affected the most, but all members are participating in one way or another to show support for those particular factory workers.

The wonderful folks at Ram Cares tell me my truck is in Oklahoma - meaning, I assume, it's off the train or at least that the train is at the station. I guess the next update I'll hear is that the dealer has it. I'm sure looking forward to it.

Well hopefully that's not the case. This strike could take a while

That was 30 miles east of here at Mount Calm.

In KZ for 6 weeks? I would refuse the truck, go to a different dealer, and reorder. My guess is that truck is wrecked and they're fixing it.

Ordered 9/23/19
D: 9/24
D1: 10/7
Built: 10/12 - 10/13
KZ: 10/14

I doubt it will show up yet this month, even if it does, i wont pickup till Nov. 1, hoping for better incentives in November.

I previoulsly ordered (2) new chassis duallies for our fleet 8/19/19, they were approximately 6 weeks from order to delivery. Delivered 10/1/19. (Illinois)

I ordered 8/30.
Truck went JB 9/7 and still sits there as of yesterday 5 weeks later.
My local dealer is a customer of mine and all but refuses to work on vehicles bought out of town.
I feel stuck.

****ing rude customer service. Told me it's in the shipping process. ETA to be determined. So I said " so its sitting at the factory". His response wasnt too kind lmfao.

Howdy,

You should bother your salesman. After it leaves the factory floor, RAM CARES doesn't have the system to track it. Your salesman has access to RUBICON, which they can locate and track it.

I hope this gets vehicles moving forward and start shipping again.
