Made a heated cabinet in a service truck with a heater core and blower fan, used it to dry/have warm clothes. To do it again I would use steel braded hoses and good pillow block clamps to mount the hoses with. The good nylon braided hose was ok but it was always a worry being under the truck that rocks/mud was going to puncture it. I guess it depends on how much of that your truck will see.

Goofy question, but what is the purpose of it? Making instant coffee or something?
