One thing to note about ARB is that they primarily use BSP connectors, i converted them all to NPT to make all things equal and ease of getting replacements.

My ARB single compressor had 1/4” NPT fittings ...maybe it’s just the twin that has BSP fittings? The arb quick connects also used 1/4” NPT but I recall seeing they had a BSP version as well

Yes, its a mix which is super annoying. Main connectors are 1/4 NPT the 1/8’s on the manifolds and solenoids are BSP. On the daisy chain solenoids for air bags i used bsp to npt adapters, because i found some of the quick connects on amazon were not true bsp threads.

Oh yeah OP, if you dont have one already I recommend investing in an air line cutting tool. Makes for clean cuts and better connections to quick connects. It will save you the headache of chasing air leaks in connections.

I deal a lot with an online supplier called automation direct. My line of work had me using this supplier often, and just do happens that their selection of push lock fittings and tubing are much larger, and a lot cheaper than almost anywhere. They also have the full stainless steel fittings, pricy, but for under truck mount, with it for piece of mind.

Don't want to make a direct link cause I think that's friends upon here?

Looks like a beast of a compressor! Excited to see your build!

EDIT: I just noticed you already ordered so disregard my post lol

Personally I use all AN style hose and fittings for air systems. I learned a to hate PTC fittings on my bagged dakota. Lots of lessons learned back then having a bagged daily. For compressors i would go with viair, or an EDC if you can afford it or fab up mounting method.
