I remember those ford trans dip sticks and I hated working on those trans. I had to drop the pan to repair a leak at the wiring bulkhead and needed to refill the trans. You had to have it at operating temp to check the fill level and that fill hole was about an inch from the catalytic converters at least on the 150

Yep they really sucked i used my extractor that would also push fluid and filled it through the dip stick hole lol
