Maybe contact Warn and ask them? They make the PW winch and it is based on their M12 with a couple small mods that Chrysler requested.

.

I see the OP has a 3500 so I am guessing he wants to add a PW winch mount etc. It would probably be easier to go with an AEV bumper with a bigger winch..

Can you find a 16.5ti?
when I was in the market for a big boi winch, I ordered a 16.5ti and warn cancelled the order. They had none in the country and no eta. I settled for m12s. My gvwr is 10,0000lb (~6800lb dry, ~3200 payload) but I’m never loaded to gvwr like that and I’m good with a snatch block.

Ok, well Don’t forget it’s going to be even more difficult/expensive to source properly rated accessories for a 16.5 than for a 12. You will probably want, a pulley block with a breaking strength north of 60k(a breaking strength of 33k would have a SF of only 1.0.), tree straps with basket WLL over 33k, etc.

Thanks and I have managed some pretty big rigging jobs over the years so I am keen on equipment and safety limits. Warn had a fairly nice kit which contains the basics:

I personally recommend sticking with rigging quality equipment when possible, with real rated WLL and batch traceability (like Van Beest or Crosby for shackles; companies like Safe Xtract and ASR Offroad have Rope and Tree Straps (slings) that are made by rigging manufacturers and carry industry standard WLL and batch markings)

Correct - I am planning to add a PW winch mount and was interested if anyone had successfully installed a larger winch.

I didn't see what engine you have but assume you have a 3500 with the hemi? Just double checking as the PW winch mounting will not work with the diesel.

Yeah the pre-2019 PWs had what was labeled an “M12” but people discovered it was actually an M15

Just use a snatch block if you are ever in thick clay thats about the only time you would be needing the extra grunt
