My 2500 CTD just turned 44000 miles. Is there a real fluid cleaner that goes into the def filler tube that works? I'm not having any issues; but thought maybe I could stay ahead of any problems.

You won’t want to add anything but def into the tank. It has a quality sensor and snake oil products will more than likely trigger a CEL. Fresh def of any brand is the best medicine.
Thanks - I figured that might be the case; but I had to ask.

You should do some research on your emission systems just so you can see how they work and what the system actually has. DEF does not have a filter that would be the DPF and anything you add to the DEF tank will A) cause issues with the def quality sensor and B) do nothing for the DPF as the DEF is sprayed in to the SCR AFTER the DPF….

The best thing you can do is drive the truck harder when empty or tow lots that helps keep the DPF clean. Any additives are snake oil
