Decked USA in 2019 Ram 2500

Hey was wondering if any one has put a Decked system in there Ram’s? Anyone have any pictures of it installed? Thanks in advance

I didn't know what it was , so I googled it. IMHO, it takes up to much space in the bed. SIde boxes would work better and leave open space in the bed. But it seems like a quality product, and if I had a need for it, I'd buy it.

pretty slick system if you have the right use-case for it, unfortunately I need my bed more open than that for fifth wheel/gooseneck stuff.

so I have a question the push button below the light sits within that 12” height of the decked system. How much room is there between the decked and the bed sides? Do you think there is enough room to use that light switch? Are you able to post up a picture of that corner in your ride?

Here is some pics, I can get to it but not a lot of room. To me it’s not a big deal as I don’t use those lights manually very much. You could cut away some material if you wanted more access. Speaking of that, you do have to cut away some space for the tie down cleats as you can see in the pic (or remove the cleats). (I also had to cut away for the trailer plug.)

How hard is this system to remove and reinstall. All one piece?

At a minimum, have to remove the drawers (which needs a roller or 2 pulled), and then pull half the bolts down the middle to get it to 2 pieces. The entire deck is larger than the bed rails and tailgate openings, so won't lift out in any way. Nor is it stiff enough or light enough to finagle it out.

I had a used set in my last truck (emphasis on Used and sitting in the UV of a yard before I bought it). Using the big King shocks out in the desert caused everything to move in the drawers, dividers never stayed in place, and parts of the deck webbing plastic started cracking and falling apart. Glad I didn't pay retail and didn't lose out on the flip.

I just installed mine on a 2020 Power Wagon. I was prepared to cut out the groves for the tie down points, but it seems like Decked is now shipping with the cutouts already in place! Fits perfectly with the LED lighting, too (although the button is still somewhat hard to reach).

Been looking into this for my truck. Almost pulled the trigger on my last but decided to leverage the diamondback instead and wasn't willing to lose that much storage space. I think this would tick a lot of boxes, with the downside being that it takes up some bed space and makes the "base" of the bed even higher up. Can anyone speak to the height and usability of the bed?

#2 - Not sure what brand cap you have or what options but if it's keyless does it work with the proximity key?

#1 - I literally installed it last night so I don't have any practical experience with it, ask again in a month when I'll have taken it on a 3 week camping trip (as long as Coronavirus doesn't cancel that). From assembling it, I can say that the build quality is impressive, though. It's very solid, thick and heavy plastic reinforced with plenty of metal. I was contemplating building something similar out of wood myself but I'm glad I didn't.

It's definitely more cumbersome to get to the back of the bed now (with the camper shell on). Before, I could sit upright and now I have to bend my head a little to fit. I expect this to be worth the hassle because I can store so much in the drawers that I don't have to crawl in there as much.

#2 - it's a SnugTop Rebel, it locks/unlocks with the key remote (that was an add-on feature when I ordered mine).

Decked is one of the best investments that I have ever made into a vehicle. Highly recommend over standard toolboxes.
