So I picked my truck up this past Saturday and did quick walk around but didn’t check the wheels. Took fam out to lunch and noticed that my rear passenger wheel which they said they had trouble road force balancing was scratched and dented. Obviously curbed. Called dealer service department right away but they had closed. Dealer had truck for front end popping on turns which they still can’t get fixed And test drove many times. Service advisor txtd me this morning stating tech said that the wheel had the scratches and dent when he balanced tires and that the wheel had a gash on the inside and looks slightly flattened. Stated that was the reason they couldn’t balance. I let the service advisor know that nowhere on the paper work does it state the wheel is damaged and that was the reason he couldnt balance the tire And that the wheels were perfect when I dropped it off. Dealer is waiting to get a loaner back for me so that they can bring the truck back in for popping but hasn’t said anything about the wheel.

I will admit I should have done a better check on the truck before leaving. Sucks but I may be eating this one. You can clearly see the tire and the wheel were Curbed. I am really hoping they get the popping corrected and replace the wheel. Really need the popping fixed as it’s getting worse.
anyone else have dealer damage vehicle?

Dealer lot monkey hit my truck with another vehicle with 385 miles on the clock.

Fortunately, I noticed as I was talking to the tech that worked on the problems, it was just a fender flare and a small scratch in the wheel.

Dealer took 100% responsibility and later admitted they had the offense recorded on their security system. However, it took them 6 weeks to get my flare and get it installed.

I got 2 free oil changes and free labor on the fuel filter changes. Best I could do, they wouldn't go for the $100 set of fuel filters x2.
