Dealer confused

Just got an update on my truck from the dealer. It shows “Service Event-Paper Hanging.” No one seems to know what it means.

hahahaha! Sounds like a printer is having a problem, somewhere! hahahaha

No clue what it means, but supposedly it happens about the time the vehicle is built and waiting to be loaded for transport.
