Dash scratches

Anyone else notice how increadably software the 5th gen front dash is? I've had mine scratched 2x. First was from someone wearing flip flops. The sole of the flip flop scratched the dash. These have a rubber sole. The second was from a coat draped over someone's knees. Seriously how do flip flop soles scratch a dash. Ive seen flip flops leave marks by leaving flip flop material on things that can be cleaned off, but not the flip flop being stronger that the plastic dash material. Both scratches were in the lower glove box area.

On another note, any idea how to prevent or buff these out. Besides the obvious don't touch the dash with flip flips or coats?
Otherwise interior looks great just wish the dash was more resilient. This was a 2019 power wagon. Not sure, but I doubt, if dash materials have been upgraded since then.

Thank you

If they had sand on their shoes I can see it scuffing it. Sand and dirt are very abrasive.

Simply checking whether the Toyota Divine beings out there could have a solution for this odd issue I've been having as of late. Fundamentally at whatever point I start the start and drive for a brief period, a bizarre series of occasions begin to occur. First my head unit and designed radar locator reset. Then a couple of moments later the scramble will reset, in some cases every one of the lights come on and it seems like it kicks the bucket briefly however at that point returns to ordinary, different times the scramble will only reset briefly. Any other person have this issue?
What the heck are you talking about? I have no idea what your talking about much less how it has to do with how easily the dash scratches? Good luck on your issues though, i hope you figure it out

Same thing happened to Marty McFly, not an easy fix if I recall correctly.
