They are just out of control. Below is an example of just average pricing used in my area of N Florida

Listed over a week, on what looks like Facebook marketplace.

I could list my truck for 150K, doesn't mean it's a reality. What they actually sell for, matters.

I was out there today, and the truck was gone, so maybe they didn't remove it? Somebody could have been test driving it though.

I had no intention of ordering a new truck. Was out for dinner with our sales manager back in October. Got chatting about what they were paying for used up vehicles through the auction. Asked what my 18 SLT Outdoorsman 2500 was worth. 27,000 km (17,000 miles). He offered what I paid for it 4 years ago. 70g's. Cost me less than 30 with tax for a Limited full load 3500. When I finally told my wife I had it ordered she agreed it was a no brainer.

I am getting ready to put my 2020 Bighorn CTD for sale. Asking $72K 20,000 miles.

You're not wrong. And I know this sounds idiotic, but I'm also pretty uninterested in that idea too.

I sold some pretty high end (pilot sport cup 4s) tires I had on my Subaru for one exceptionally low mileage summer on there, and the literal tire kickers were insane. For example, i got offered horse riding lessons and boarding for a horse I don't own by one gal, and a blanket with skulls and wolves on it (plus cash, that amounted to less than one tire new) by another guy. And thats ignoring the dozens of "these still available?" messages I fielded that amounted to nothing. Selling my stock 4runner tires was even more incredible. "Trade for a G2 Taurus? Serial numbers are grinded off but thats just wear from my holster, honest."

I struggle to believe there are many people, who are capable and actually willing, of spending 75K+ on a vehicle, perusing FB for said vehicle. And I have no interest even being sought involved with the pretenders.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Good luck with your endeavor!

People sell dollar toy haulers and other vehicles on Facebook all the time. Ya you have to filter threw some reeds...but you get that on any other Internet based selling platform.

I personally gave up Facebook 5 years ago...but have a lot of aquaintances
In the SXS and Rock Crawler groups who sell on Facebook all the time..

But you do you.
