I am having some issues with the CP4 recall reimbursement and need some advice.

I have 4 trucks in my company fleet (3ea 2019 and 1ea 2020). I got all of these trucks CP4 replaced with a CP3 the first of the year due to the reliability of the trucks and no none cure for repairs or a timeline. I am dealing with 300k worth of truck so the sooner the better.

So I submitted a total of 4 reimbursements all with vehicle specific invoices and receipts. All trucks where paid for in cash. I received approval on the first two very timely with no issues and actually already have the checks. The other two I received denials on this week.

The first one stated the proof of payment was not acceptable and I needed to provide a bank statement. Providing a bank statement for a repair that was paid for in cash doesnt make any sense, I called a total of 4 times on that denial and never received an answer or a call back.

The second one stated Replacement of the fuel injector is due to the customers request as per the repair facility and not because of the recall. Well first of all I didnt replace any injectors I got the injection pump replaced. Second is was a repair at the customer request due to the recall.

My call today the gal helped me resubmit both claims but this is super frustrating. All of them had separate claims managers and the consistent calls to the shop that did the work is getting frustrating. We have a total of 6 rams and almost makes us regret these purchases with the lack of help.

Does anyone have a contact number or email to someone higher up in the recall reimbursement department.

Maybe @RamCares would be willing to help
