This guys has done it. He also listed all the part numbers.

Here is a copy of the part numbers he used:
Headlights: 68360178ac and 68360179ac
Grille: 68443251aa
Grille Inserts: 6nb35tzzab
Cummins Badges: 68358494aa
Hood Emblems: 68362211ac and 68362212ac
Ram letters: 68358570aa
Tail lights: 68361722ag and 68361721ag
Mirrors: 68374948ad and 68374949ad

Oh how I wish I didn't make airplane brakes at a time when the whole world stopped flying. Thanks for posting MikeXM and thanks to CJC for vid! I'll short list the grill and hood inserts possibly followed by the mirrors. Doubt I'll be able to justify the HL/TLs unless one takes a rock or branch. While I don't hate chrome, black would be way better with my Blue Streak.

Note: the mirrors he replaced don't have the 360 cameras so if you have those, you will require a different part number. Same may go with the front grille as I don't think he had the front camera so it may be a different part number for the grille as well.

Don't think there will be darkened replacement for Limited or Longhorn headlights. So this makes a night version not completely possible on those two models.

That olive color is growing on me. Especially with this night edition mod. I'll never have one, but it is a nice truck.

Agreed. It's hard to imagine why the Ram management team only wants to sell the night package on certain colors, but offers the sport package on all colors. I definitely want the olive color, but I definitely don't want the chrome on it, and I don't want to have to go through swapping out all the parts. Plus the parts cost if you buy them all from Mopar well over $3300. But the night package costs $2300 when you order it on the truck. And yeah, you can offset that by selling all the parts, you might come out close to even except all the time you put into that PLUS the parts swap on a feature Ram should have just offered.

Does anyone know how I would go about getting all the night edition items for my truck? As was noted earlier the CJC truck doesn't have the 360 cam, so from my understanding both the grille and mirrors are different numbers. Can anyone tell me where I can find the night edition options for my specific specced truck?

The part numbers for the black mirrors with 360 surround cameras, power fold, heated, power spotter mirror, spotter lamp are:

Right: 68361478AC
Left: 68361479AC

Geesh that's expensive. Gonna see about going the wrap route. I wish you could easily swap just the caps.

If anyone is interested I’m looking to trade my night edition grille for a tradesman grille. It’s already off the truck and in perfect condition.

How’d you color match the center grill pieces?
Rattle can from Autozone. Cam out pretty good. I also did the lettering on the hood too. Got my mirrors done too.

How did you do your mirrors? I hear spraying over chrome never lasts.

you paint the mirrors yourself?

process for that grill paint job? Scuff -> etching primer -> primer-> color -> clear? I’d like to do it but when do I have time for all those steps?

I replaced the grill and associated pieces with it for black pieces as I didn't want to fool with that much chrome. The mirrors I used plastidip (1st time using it but after a month and several washes, they are holding up nice.)

I’d love to swap the interior roof to the night edition black ... but I’ve said that about every ram I’ve owned ... what’s with the light top inside ? Lol
