Considering a New 3500

Greetings, i currently drive the 1500 ecodiesel and considering getting a new 3500. I'm sure most people know of the questionable past of the ecodiesel. When i finally get my new 3500, what are ( if any ) issues that are possible?
 
I had a 2015 Eco Diesel, never had an issue with it. My daughter drives a 2015 Wagoneer with the Eco Diesel and she loves it. It just surpassed 100K miles with no issues. it was at the dealer yesterday getting serviced and a salesman there told her not to trade it when she got ready to sell. He said it was worth far more than the dealer would offer and it being the Summit model made it even more desirable
 
2025 replacement diesel oil filter availability may be an issue for now...

Welcome. I am in the same boat as you with a 2022 eco diesel. Trying to decide if I should go gas or diesel but in the 2500. Out of the last 20,000 I drove last year I put on about 6500 towing. Out of a 4-hour drive from one place to the next I drive 2.5 hours on the 4 lane and the rest 2 lane. But I am only towing 6000 lbs. max and mostly 4000 average.
 
do you require a 3500 over a 2500? if 2500 maybe go with the 2025 to avoid the 68rfe.

the 3500 will remind you every moment you drive it that the roads are actually terrible. unless you have weight in the bed, or something on the bumper it will ride terrible. 2500 is a much better ride.

Not sure if you are directing to me or the OP? I would never need a 3500 for what I do now. I have in the past but not now.
