Code PO 299 easy fix???

I got the code po299 - low boost, and the stealership did my free oil change and told me I had a dirty air filter on my 2020 ram. I told them I would get a new filter myself. They reset the code and I got it again a week later. Autozone said I needed a new egr valve ($900) by scanning vehicle. I went to NAPA and got a new air filter..... So far, no code after 1 week. What do you guys think? thanks

Make sure you’re using the correct air filter, glue strips- no bueno. They have been known to cause problems.
