'19 3500 SRW ... have been noticing lately a slight 'clunk' when making turns at a slower speed, especially if the steering wheel is traveling side to side and even more so over bumps. It is not reproducible but happens pretty frequently. Can also feel it in the footwell area and sounds like it is coming from center/front of truck. I know it has to go to the dealer but the dreaded words "could not reproduce issue" are what I'm expecting in response. Any possible/likely sources that I should ask them to focus on looking? Thank you.
