On the HDs, I believe it is fuse 90/91. I can't say for sure if it is the same on the 1500s though.
I'm guessing someone who has both (or intimate knowledge of both) will be along shortly to confirm. But if not, you may be able to dig up some more 1500 specific details on the sister forum (5th gen rams).

On the HD trucks it actually tells you in the manual which fuse and which positions are for full time / keyed power. if you have the manual for your 1500 you might take a gander at the list of fuses, you may strike gold.
