The radius arms our trucks come with don't look too sturdy (3500 dually) and I was looking at the Carli's. Is there any benefit to these on a non lifted HD?

I honestly can't see the cost being worth swapping them on a stock truck...... but they look cool?

I have never seen anyone have issues with the stock radius arms for what it's worth

.

I think it was the guys at Thuren that said, they have never seen an OEM radius arm break but they have seen aftermarket ones break (not thiers)…I could be wrong about that…

My understanding is when lifted, they help with the caster adjustment as well as being stronger (and good looking) .

I don't believe they do. They are the same length as the OEM just stronger. If you want more range for caster adjustments after leveling/lifting then you need their radius arm drop brackets. Carli have a good article that talks about how the front end parts work and the suspension is compressed/decompressed. I think it is a good read for anyone planning to level/lift their RAMS.
