Only put 2600 miles on the truck and almost 2 months of ownership! Like the wife says “I just can’t leave anything alone!”
Carli 2.5 leveling kit with the Carli shocks and Carli track bar!

Reset the steering wheel center, now just gotta figure out how to get the “stability track” light off

Do yourself a favor and get it aligned to Thuren specs.

Check for a loose wheel speed sensor causing the stability track light.

Just curious. I have the same setup on my truck and it drives great. What would be the benefits of aligning to Thuren specs.

I installed a Carli Pintop 2.5 on my 2021 Ram 2500. Didn't touch the toe-in, measured it and it was 'just' slightly toed in. Set the Carli track bar to their numbers and the axle shift was dead on by my highly accurate tape measure. I didn't replace the trailing arms and since the ride height is 2-2 1/2" higher in the front I tipped the axle back slightly to give it more caster. I fudged an angle finder and got about 1-2 degrees more than the stock zero degrees. It drives and steers very good. Tracks straight even in truck ruts. But then, I've had a 1990 Dodge, a 2001 RAM and maybe eight other straight axle trucks, so I'm very used to herding straight axle trucks.

The Carli suspension is very good. It sucks up bumps great...But. You have to push it more to get the shocks working. Poking along at sane speeds won't show much difference on the ride. I've also noticed more 'head toss' on dippy asphalt roads.

The stock 'R1' rear springs were just a little too soft. They held all the loads put on it, but with a lot more sag than I liked. So, I went to the new 'R2' springs that Carli claims are for a constant 800# load. The R2 springs work just right, it's nose low empty and level with all the normal loads I run.

If someone wants a set of Carli R1 springs I'll make them a deal. I'll also throw in all my stock takeoffs which includes Bilstien shocks from the Off-Road option. Corvallis, OR.

I got the front Carli sway bar with the stock rear. The front sway is soft now and the rear is stiff.

I think with both stock stiff sway bars, the dips that cause most of the head toss were averaged out. Now the front does little and all the head toss is created by the stiff rear sway bar. Or so I thought. I disconnected the rear sway bar and the head toss is at a lower frequency, but it's still there. With just the front Carli sway bar, the head toss can get so bad that traction control will kick in and kill the power.

Living with it.
