Car Wash?

I bit the bullet yesterday and ran the PW through a car wash. It is one of the newer washes with the conveyor belt. I drove to the end to make sure that I could fit in the end of it. Then, jumped out in the parking lot to measure the truck height. Made it through with no issues!
I couldn't stand to look at my truck and the weather and free time hasn't cooperated so I begrudgingly took it through Richie's wash. I'd seen other tons go through and my 2500 has been through so I knew what to expect. Just a little crimgworthy going through the touch wash with a year old pavement queen.

Since I am not into taking my truck to car cruises, I run it a couple times a week into a touch car wash locally that has the "everwash" $15 a month unlimited wash plan. I don't have time with work and property maintenance to hand wash it, and touchless washes don't clean much compared to the microfiber spinning washes. If the paint gets to swirled, I'll spend a day with my Flex polisher and it will be back to like new. I just like having the truck washed clean and looking new every day. I'm not a paint snob with my truck. Now with my 03 Cobra Terminator, it only see's 2 bucket hand washes. But I do take that one to car cruises and I do care that the paint stays near pristine.
