Can't find the trailer TPMS

So, I have a 2019 Ram 3500 Limited with every option except snow prep. I can't for the life of me find the Trailer TPMS. There is a video on YouTube with Rod Romain (Chief Engineer) showing going into Settings, Trailer Brake and picking a trailer. Then, pick the Trailer Tire Pressure option. I set up my 5th wheel but there is no Trailer TPMS. And, on Ram's website there is a picture of the dash of a Ram with the Trailer TPMS in the center. For the life of me I can't seem to find this or how to turn it on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, steve
 
Hi Steve,
This has been discussed a great length, and it would appear that, despite all of the promotion of Trailer TPMS and Aux Camera, neither are currently available.
 
Hmmm, I wonder if our trucks will be able to add it in the future?
 
I have a new 2019 Ram 3500 with all the option on it. I ordered TTPMS, Trailer Prep. Kit and Camera. They said it would ship 6/15/19
 
Well, at least it should be able to be added to my truck, I guess at my expense.

This is frustrating and should be added with limited expense to consumers given this was highly advertised new feature with no mention to lack on inclusion for current buyers.

That's kinda crappy. I guess we can all start lodging complaints, but I don't expect it will do much good...
 
Lodged a formal complaint with customer care today, Also have a call into the dealer who is bringing it up to the RAM rep. I have zero expectations for it to go anywhere but who knows...

They absolutely wont. I think the best we can hope for is an easy integration to our trucks in the form of a sensor to add and firmware flash on the uConnect system. And it sounds like that wont be the case either.
 
I had an issue with my '15 created by a reflash for a recall. The dealer was not getting anywhere with it, nor with tech service. I contacted @RamCares on another forum, and they asked for my VIN, etc. Within 24 hrs I was contacted by phone by a Ram rep who confirmed my situation, and I was given a case number. Within hours I was contacted by the dealer who then suddenly found STAR to be more helpful, and they were able to resolve the issue in fairly short order.

As well as the expected availability of the parts. All parts should be made available to early adopters first, and any production holds on parts waived.

We did receive word back on your questions. TTPMS is coming soon but we have not been given a release date. Regarding Aux Camera Prep, trucks that do not have the Aux Camera Prep package installed are still able to to have it added. This option is something customers would have had to pay for whether it came from the factory or the dealer. We hope this provides some clarification and we are always available via private message should you need any assistance!

What does "coming soon" mean? I have taken delivery on my truck already and it is not equipped with the TTPMS feature. What will it take to enable it on my truck? Will there be a cost associated with it? Is there hardware I need to purchase? uConnect flashes needed? Any more detail would be greatly appreciated.
 
I hope that the ttpms is going to be provided free of charge to us. We took delivery of our new truck on May 31 and I was shocked to find out that the system was not there. It was one of the main reasons we wanted this truck for towing our travel trailer. We ordered every option except the useless sunroof. 2019 Laramie 3500 with the beast Cummins! It's a house payment with wheels!
